About Us
Rooms
This beachfront luxury private vacation rental has a Primary King with en suite. A 2nd King bedroom and a Bedroom with 2 Twins provide something for everyone. The couch in the Living Room is a quality queen sofa sleeper. Every bedroom has it's own television with a Dish Network package. The en suite bathroom has a glass shower and the 2nd bathroom has a tub/glass shower combination.

The private vacation rental condo
- is approximately 1400 sq ft
- includes the massive patio with beachfront views of the gulf
- Sliding Glass Doors in the living room
- Sliding Glass Doors in gulf-side master bedroom.
- Fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances all set in granite counter tops
- Washer and Dryer.
- There are 2 full baths. The primary has en suite bathroom with a shower The second bath has a tub/shower combo as well.
- Sleeps 8, using Queen sofa sleeper in living room.
- The large patio off the living room offers a table with chairs and adirondack to view the beach, and the view and sound of the waves.
Summer House Resort
- is a 14 story building located in Orange Beach approximately 5.8 miles East of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores.
- There is a 2 car limit with extremely limited 3rd car lot.
- Summer House has a large sun deck area with outdoor pool.
- The indoor pool area has a whirlpool, dry sauna and fitness room.
- The resort continues across the road with a putting green, tennis courts, outdoor racquetball, basketball, playground and BBQ grilling area.
- No pets.

Prices for the beachfront rental is based on the popularity for the time of year.
The Salty Dawn is managed by Coastal South Vacation Rentals.
Coastal South goes a whole other level with freshly cleaned and sanitized spreads, sheets, and towels for each stay.

We have been coming to the Orange Beach/Gulf Shores area for years, and when we were presented an opportunity to own a ground floor beachfront condominium in such a highly regarded resort we couldn't pass it up!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Salty Dawn! Everything exceeded our expectations. The condo was spotless, beautifully maintained, and decorated so tastefully. The cute beach décor made it feel warm, inviting, and truly like a home away from home. The furniture throughout the condo was high-quality, comfortable, and added to the luxurious feel of our stay.
The huge patio was one of our favorite features. It had beautiful, comfortable outdoor furniture and was the perfect place to enjoy the gorgeous view with our morning coffee or relax in the evening after a day at the beach.
The ground-floor location couldn’t have been better. Being just steps from both the pool and the beach made everything so convenient, especially when carrying chairs, coolers, or heading back and forth throughout the day.
The location, cleanliness, beautiful décor, high-end furnishings, incredible patio, and unbeatable convenience made this the perfect place to stay. We would absolutely book this condo again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic Orange Beach vacation!
