So we bought Summer House 104A.

2023 and 2024 are CRAZY years for us!
It was time. Time for Summer House to get some major exterior work.
The bones are great! Just under the surface and outward needed a little tweak.
Well, not a little, about $25 million worth.
And the renovation was a great success!
So we are excited about the SUMMER OF 2026!
We know The Salty Dawn will be better than ever.
I can't wait for you to put your toes in the sand, too.
