It was time. Time for Summer House to get some major exterior work.
The bones are great! Just under the surface and outward needed a little tweak.
Well, not a little, about $24 million worth.
And it is looking gorgeous!
So we are excited about the SUMMER OF 2025!
We know The Salty Dawn will be better than ever.
I can't wait for you to put your toes in the sand, too.

They charge you a modest fee for the 24/7 service, which includes appliance replacement!
(Something I couldn't do, even if I was there and most other companies don't even offer this.)
