That's why we bought our first condominium in Orange Beach. We have been owners of timeshares for years.
We love our home, and we like to get away occasionally. What was the solution?

An upscale resort with a luxury feel, yet casual.
Our ground floor condo with a large patio, is only steps from the beach, and close to the pool.
Super convenient.
So we bought Summer House 104A.
The Salty Dawn
2023 and 2024 are CRAZY years for us!
It was time. Time for Summer House to get some major exterior work.
The bones are great! Just under the surface and outward needed a little tweak.
Well, not a little, about $24 million worth.
And it is looking gorgeous!
So we are excited about the SUMMER OF 2025!
We know The Salty Dawn will be better than ever.
I can't wait for you to put your toes in the sand, too.

They charge you a modest fee for the 24/7 service, which includes appliance replacement!
(Something I couldn't do, even if I was there and most other companies don't even offer this.)
