The Resort

Summer House on Romar Beach is the OG of Orange Beach.

We have brought families together for generations.

Friends stay in multiple condos for get togethers. 

In fact, many of our owners are either family members of the original owners, 

or families that rented at Summer House, and decided to buy because they 

want the beauty and relaxation and family atmosphere Summer House brings. 

Our beachfront large, split-level pool with covered gazebo gives the luxury resort style many look for in a family vacation or a getaway with friends.

We have a great quality resort with large spaces.

Our property is not just on the beach side of Perdido Beach Blvd.

We have 2 Omni tennis courts, a basketball mini court, Pickleball courts, putting green and a large parking area for the boaters that also enjoy the beach.  (permit required, of course)

Summer House is a short walk from 7 or more area restaurants, convenient to grocery stores and close to many shops including the new COASTAL shop and restaurant.
