Frequently Asked Questions

The condo is a 3 bedroom / 2 bath with a living room that seats 8 (four on the sofa) and dining area that seats 8 plus a 2 seat bar area.  1268 square feet total plus a large patio.   

The patio has outside dining for 6 at the counter height table, plus the 2 counter chairs and table. 

The maximum occupancy for our rental is 8 guests.  King bed + King bed +2 twin beds + queen sofa sleeper.  Private sleeping for 6.

Yes, we have onsite parking available for guests.  HOWEVER, you are required to have a Guest Registration Certificate for each vehicle.  Maximum 2.  This is included in your reservation with Coastal South. IF you have a 3rd car, we do have an overflow parking that you must have a permit for, but the spot is not guaranteed.  There is no charge, currently for that 3rd spot.  We need to know to get a permit for the 3rrd vehicle, but security solely manages it.  Speak with Security upon arrival to determine how you can park the Vehicle.  Boat parking is also allowed and a permit is required the same way.  

Our rental includes a fully equipped kitchen, linens, bedspreads and towels, Wi-Fi, and cable TV in all rooms.  Washer and dryer.  Ice maker in the freezer.  Starter paper products and toilet paper and hand soap plus starter kitchen towels.

• Pools: Enjoy a large, split-level outdoor pool with a spacious sun deck, as well as an indoor pool accompanied by an extra-large hot tub.  Chairs available on a first come first served basis.
  
• Fitness and Relaxation: Stay active in the well-equipped fitness room, enjoy the whirlpool or unwind in the sauna, or relax in the covered poolside gazebo.
  
• Sports Facilities: Take advantage of Omni tennis courts, a putting green,  a basketball hoop, and a  handball court. As well as beginner pickleball courts. These are all on the property by the overflow parking, boat and trailer parking, directly across Perdido Beach Blvd.
  
• Children's Playground: A small dedicated playground area is available for younger guests.  There is also a large grassy area on the South side of the B Building for small children to play or yard games.
  
• Beach Access: BEACHFRONT!! Private boardwalks provide direct access to the beach, with umbrellas and chairs available for rent during prime beach days.  We have an outdoor box for guests to use. Beach chairs, umbrella and toys, we just ask that you put them back each day. Just watch fingers for the kids when closing the lid.
  
• Additional Amenities: The property also features barbecue grills, on-site security, and free Wi-Fi access.

I have a management company for YOU!  Yes, I make less money but I LOVE Coastal South's ability to serve you locally.  They have high customer service ratings, better than I (or truly anyone else) could ever provide.  Along with the ability to get any problems resolved as fast as humanly possible, and communication to make your stay extraordinary! They have the lowest fees and incredible service. 

There are 3 grocery stores within walking distance all with delivery options as well:

• Walmart Neighborhood Market- a convenient, smaller-format Walmart offering groceries, household essentials, and everyday necessities. It features fresh produce, a full-service deli, a bakery, and a well-stocked selection of beverages, including beer and wine. The store also has a pharmacy, self-checkout lanes, and online grocery pickup for added convenience. 
• Rouse's - a spacious, locally focused grocery store known for its fresh seafood, specialty meats, and Southern-inspired deli options. It offers a wide selection of local and regional products, including craft beers, gourmet cheeses, and fresh-baked goods. The store also features a hot bar, salad bar, and ready-to-eat meals, including freshly made sushi, making it a convenient stop for quick bites. With friendly service and a well-organized layout. My fave-a great selection of coffee beans for fresh ground taste, with lots of different flavors to try.  (and I am not even a big coffee drinker! ) 
• Publix - well-stocked grocery store known for its friendly service and high-quality products. It offers fresh produce, a full-service deli, a bakery, and a wide selection of organic and specialty items. The store also features convenient services like online ordering, curbside pickup, and a pharmacy.

Orange Beach, Alabama, boasts a vibrant dining scene with approximately 113 restaurants, 

These establishments offer a diverse range of cuisines, from fresh Gulf seafood to international flavors, catering to both locals and visitors. Whether you're seeking fine dining with waterfront views or casual eateries with a family-friendly atmosphere, Orange Beach's culinary landscape has something to satisfy every palate.

Gulf Shores also has a wide variety of restaurants.  

One real Gem is Jesse's on the Bay.  Another is Tin Top. 

Foley is just 10 miles north and offers a wide variety of restaurants, as Foley was named one of the fastest growing areas in the United States.

Perdido Key is partially in Alabama and mostly in Florida.  Mostly known for the group of Flora-Bama restaurants right at the state's lines.  

Pensacola is the leader in the number of restaurants, which makes sense because of their larger population.  They have over 700 restaurants with over 65 new dining establishments.

Pensacola is about 25 miles away.

It's the drink of the Gulf!   A Bushwacker is a popular frozen cocktail, especially famous along the Gulf Coast, including Orange Beach, Gulf Shores and Pensacola. It's a creamy, boozy, chocolatey drink often compared to an "adult milkshake." 

It is also made non-alcoholic for everyone too!  

Everyone makes them a little different, you will have to find your favorite Bushwacker spot!
